Description

The description of SemanticChangeEventType seems to be a copy of BaseModelChangeEventType.

One issue is the statement "There are no additional Properties defined for this EventType.".
The event type defines an additional property.

Another issue is the statement "The SourceNode Property for Events of this type shall be the Node of the View that gives the context of the changes."
The relation to a View makes sense for a model change event.
Not sure if this makes sense for the SemanticChangeEventType.
