Summary0004727: Part 5, SemanticChangeEventType contains a new field but description states it does not.
Description

In Part 5, section 6.4.33, SemanticChangeEventType defines field "Changes" of type SemanticChangeStructureDataType[]. The paragraph that follows states:
"This EventType inherits all Properties of the BaseEventType. Their semantic is defined in 6.4.2. There are no additional Properties defined for this EventType...."

The sentence "There are no additional Properties defined for this EventType" needs to be removed.
