Table 49 – Application Instance Certificate
subject
The Common Name attribute shall be specified and should be the productName or a suitable equivalent.

The term ProductName is not defined and it makes no sense to use the product name here.
We define ApplicationName which shows up in the ApplicationDescription - it makes sense to use this ApplicationName
