Summary0006176: Test incorrectly limits Opaque NodeIds to 16 bytes maximum.
Description

The test is checking to make sure an Opaque NodeID is less than or equal to 16 bytes.
Opaque NodeIDs are defined as being a ByteString with no other constraints other than the general limits of ByteStrings (ServerCapabilities MaxByteStringLength).
This test is incorrect and needs to be fix.
