Summary0005757: Placeholders in Interfaces
Description

Currently InterfaceTypes are limited to only contain nodes referenced with modeling rules Optional and Mandatory.
It should be possible to utilize the Placeholder modeling rules as well.

OptionalPlaceholders in particular are defined to only add useful information to the information model and not add any constraints. Interfaces could benefit from this ability to provide additional information about the type they are applied to.

Interfaces apply to instances and therefore would not make sense.
