Summary0005491: [Part 9] A & C Support - Incorrect state names for state variables
Description

The table A.1.1 in OPC UA Part 9 document shows incorrect state name for latched state.
The suggested name should be reversed based on the state values.
E.g for false state, LatchState variable should show Unlatched instead of latched and vice versa.
