Summary0005184: Is it allowed to define concrete structure data types without fields
Description

It makes sense to define abstract structure types as base types that do not have structure fields.

But it makes no sense to allow this for structure types that can be used directly. In some programming languages it is not even possible to represent them in code.

But we did not find any statement that disallows this.

Added clarifying text "While abstract Structures may be defined with no fields a non-abstract Structure shall have one or more fields defined" to the definition of the Structure datatype.
