Summary0004285: The content dictionary fragments are not clearly described in the specification
Description

The only statement about the content of the DictionaryFragment of a DataTypeDescription is "This Property is a ByteString that contains a subset of the DataTypeDictionary which describes the format of the DataType associated with the DataTypeDescription".

There is no detailed description how this subset shall look like nor for the different encodings.

Additional Information

I found this in Spec 1.03 Part 3 5.8.4 and in Spec 1.04 Part 5 D.3.

Shall the dictionary fragment look like the entire dictionary, but just contain the contents for the single data type?
For example for UA Binary, when only the lines of the single TypeDescription would be included, then there is no possibility to describe the required XML namespaces, the TargetNamespace or the include directives.

The DataTypeDictionary Annex has been deprecated in version 1.05 from Part 5 and therefore there is no need to apply a fix for the issue.
