If the requested value is higher than the server’s maximum, the first sentence’s “shall always” says that it’s not legal to return the server’s maximum, whereas the second sentence’s “is”, says that it is legal. | ||||

Change text to: The Server shall always return a revisedSamplingInterval that is equal or higher than the requested samplingInterval unless the requested samplingInterval is higher than the maximum sampling interval supported by the Server, in which case the maximum sampling interval shall be returned. |
