In the Spec. '1.05.06 RC1' is in 'Table 27 - TrustListType Definition' the Property 'LastUpdateTime' mandatory.

The relevant description (first and second sentences after table 27) is as follows:

• 'The LastUpdateTime indicates when the TrustList was last updated. The LastUpdateTime shall reflect changes made using the TrustList Object Methods.'

What is the expectation about the 'LastUpdateTime' value after a server restart or a power-cycle?

• There are store implementations that cannot store this value permanently because they are organized differently.
• It could also be that they might have other additional ways for their protocols - like a WebServer - to update their TrustLists certificates for certain protocols.

Proposal - after the second sentence '... using the TrustList Object Methods.':

• If such an OPC UA server is not able to store the LastUpdateTime value then it might be set - after e.g. a restart of the OPC UA Server - to '0'.
