Summary0007699: A & C Instance Conformance Unit needs additional test cases
Description

Looking at the A & C Instance conformance unit the list of tests is very limited.
During the testing of a product we noticed a lack of coverage of some instance related items. In this specific case the server is not providing a DataChangeNotification for the EnabledState, when the Condition is disabled by calling the Disable method on the instance. There are other examples for such method calls where we should verify that DataChangeNotifications for the items are generated.
